Friends of the Elderly (FotE) is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to providing excellent care with a family feel. The charity provides care home and day care services for older people, as well as grants for older people in financial difficulty.
With a person-focused approach to care, Perrins House is a picturesque home situated in beautiful grounds in Malvern. Specialising in care for people with dementia, as well as residential and nursing care, we have a dedicated, well-trained and compassionate team of staff on hand to ensure that Malvern feels like home.

Qualifications and qualities
* At least 6 months experience in a care home environment
* Hold The Care Certificate or a minimum of Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care
* Empathetic, respectful, self-motivated and flexible; a team player who is willing to go the extra mile
* A real passion for care and building solid relationships with residents
