We’re proud to be working with a beautiful, welcoming nursing home in Halstead, Essex, as they look to expand their care team with kind, reliable and passionate Care Assistants.
Whether you’re looking for full-time hours, part-time shifts, or something that fits around your family or studies – there’s a range of options available to suit your lifestyle.
Shifts Available:
* Day shifts: 8am – 8pm
* Night shifts: 8pm – 8am
* Early shifts: 8am – 2pm
* Late shifts: 7pm – Midnight
What the role involves:
* Supporting residents with personal care, meals, and daily living
* Helping create a warm, friendly and safe environment
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Working as part of a close-knit team, led by experienced senior staff and nurses
What we’re looking for:
* Previous care experience is helpful, but not essential – full training is provided
* A caring, patient and respectful nature
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Someone reliable who genuinely wants to make a difference
