Our New Connections team drives new business mobile sales for Aerial Direct by selling O2 mobile products. All leads come from warm inbound PPC enquiries (so no cold calling). As the team continues to grow, were looking for a Business Development Manager to join us. Youll work with warm prospects, build genuine relationships, and guide customers smoothly through to sign-up and onboarding.

Based in our newly refurbished Fareham offices, this is an excellent opportunity to take your career in telesales to the next level. * Youll Get Involved In:
* Contact potential customers to build a relationship and continue to gather data
* Proactively follow up leads ensuring that targets and KPIs are met
* Using questioning and listening skills and support sales
* Building relationships with key decision makers
* Entering and updating customer information in the database
* Go above and beyond to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
* Manage the end-to-end sales process being responsible for your own leads Ideally, youll have experience of:
* Sales Either phone based or in person
* Perseverance and self-motivation to follow up leads
* Customer focus, with an excellent telephone manner.
* Relationship building and management
* Used to working towards sales targets and agreed KPIs It would be great if you have:
* Experience working with telecommunication products

Our Process

Step 1: Is there a fit? Youll have a chat with our Talent Acquisition team, talk through your past experiences and what it is youre looking for from your career

Step 2: Meet with your would-be manager, our New Connections Team Lead, and a member of the team to talk through your motivations, whilst also getting a feeling for Aerial Direct. Youll run through a few scenario based questions, and get the opportunity to ask anything youd like to learn about.

Step 3: If it looks like a good fit from both sides, well be looking to make you an offer!
