Job Description
Join our Segregated Client Onboarding Team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional onboarding and change management services for institutional clients. You'll work across diverse product structures and asset classes, ensuring client mandates are implemented seamlessly and in line with funding objectives. This is an opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the business, influence processes, and make a real impact in a leading asset management firm
What you'll be doing:
* Leading end-to-end implementation of new segregated client mandates across the business
* Co-ordinating legal, operational and transitional tasks to achieve client funding objectives
* Managing projects and timelines to deliver successful onboarding events
* Reviewing and negotiating client service level standards and reporting requirements
* Building strong relationships across business areas and driving process improvements
* Acting as an internal consultant to relationship managers, providing technical expertise
* Facilitating client meetings and calls, providing transparent progress updates
* Maintaining and enhancing processes to support a risk-controlled and compliant environment
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
* Strong academic background, ideally degree qualified (2:1 or equivalent)
* Proven track record in project management within an asset management environment
* Solid investment knowledge across different vehicle options and asset classes
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly
* Experience in client onboarding and change management for institutional clients
* Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence outcomes effectively
* Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused with strong problem-solving skills
* Understanding of FCA regulations and governance frameworks
