Staffline Recruitment Ireland, in collaboration with our esteemed client Pilgrim`s Europe, is looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join the team as Hygiene Operatives. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at Pilgrim`s Europe facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform thorough cleaning and sanitisation tasks throughout the Pilgrim`s facility, including production areas, equipment, and common spaces.
2. Ensure all areas adhere to the required hygiene standards as per Pilgrim`s policies and regulatory guidelines.
3. Safely and effectively use industrial cleaning equipment and materials.
4. Properly dispose of waste products in accordance with Pilgrim`s environmental regulations.
5. Conduct regular checks to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest hygiene standards.
6. Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to the supervisor immediately.
7. Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to hygiene management at Pilgrim`s.
Requirements:
8. Previous experience in a cleaning or hygiene role is preferred, but not essential.
9. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to follow strict procedures.
10. Good physical fitness and the ability to work in various environments.
11. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
12. Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, at Pilgrim`s.
