Senior Community Engagement Manager – Northern Ireland

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £39,000 -£41,000 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Fixed‑Term (9 months)

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage community engagement work in Northern Ireland.
* Oversee UK‑wide team of Community Engagement Managers.
* Develop peer support programs and ensure consistent delivery across regions.
* Build strong partnerships and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
* Strategically engage and empower communities to reduce fear and isolation.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in community engagement or related field.
* Excellent leadership and team‑management skills.
* Strong understanding of engagement strategies and community empowerment.
* Ability to manage complex relationships and deliver results.
* Experience working in health or charity sector is advantageous.
