You'll be at the forefront of developing strategic partnerships, achieving ambitious sales targets, and supporting global customer growth initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading organization in a fast-paced, global industry. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth across OEMs in the Autos and High & Heavy segments. Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients. Represent the company at customer performance reviews and strategic meetings. Support and execute global customer growth strategies. Conduct regular sales visits and negotiations with potential and existing OEM clients. Renew and manage contracts while ensuring service delivery excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in the automotive or logistics industry, preferably with OEMs. Right to work in the UK / Must be based in the UK Strong understanding of the UK logistics market, particularly in high and heavy cargo. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Results-driven with a collaborative and flexible approach. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
