Property Manager / Negotiator - Newcastle-upon-Tyne - Up to £27,500pa + Bonus
We are now seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, sales focussed and confident Property Manager / Negotiator to join this forward thinking Lettings Agency in Newcastle.
You will be working within a team of already established Property Managers to ensure the successful management and letting of the extensive portfolio.

The Role
* Handling property enquiries
* Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective tenants
* Entering into negotiations to secure leases on properties in the portfolio
* Managing legal documentation
* Working with landlords to manage their properties professionally and efficiently
* Managing tenant queries and support
* Managing the delivery of property maintenance
* Carrying out property inspections in line with tenancy requirements
* Working with the marketing team on an ongoing campaign across multiple channels to successfully let the portfolio
You
* Exceptional and proven sales skills with a background in Lettings
* A strong customer focus
* A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
* Desire to exceed targets
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Full, clean UK driving license and own vehicle
