You'll play a key role in managing both hard and soft services, driving operational excellence, contractor performance, and compliance with safety and service standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead the Facilities function across several supply chain sites in Northern Ireland.
* Support colleagues across the wider supply chain with expert Facilities input.

* Communicate with stakeholders to report on project progress and service performance.
* Implement safety protocols for all contractors, ensuring full compliance before and during site activities.
* Oversee contractor documentation including tenders, safety documentation, and financial records.
* Lead fire safety programmes and emergency response planning, in collaboration with Health & Safety teams.
* Ensure fire safety systems are fully functional, tested, and maintained.
* Supervise Facilities and Service Technicians to carry out first-line repairs and site support tasks.
* Manage maintenance contracts and ensure all plant and equipment is serviced and compliant.
* Track and report on key performance indicators for all Facilities activities.
What You'll Bring:

* Strong Health & Safety knowledge and experience.
* At least 5 years' experience in managing contractors and service providers.
* Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver multiple priorities.
* Clear and confident communication skills-both verbal and written.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent team leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational ability with a focus on meeting deadlines and adding value.
