Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a CPN to work with an NHS Trust in Kent. This full-time locum position is based in a South London, with proposed working hours of 37.5 hours a week – Monday to Friday 0900-1700.
The role is set to begin ASAP and will last for 3 months offering an hourly rate of £27 Per Hour. Please note that this position is inside IR35.
Responsibilities
Clinical assessment of physical, psychological and social care. Offering support to carers/families in relation to distressing circumstances. Ability to travel.
Requirements
* Mental health community experience
* Car driver
* Experience working with and using RIO and DIALOG+
* Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience
* Previous experience of working in a community team
