Overview
Due to business expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Airworthiness Engineer to join our CAMO team at Biggin Hill Airport. The role involves managing aircraft records, monitoring aircraft and component operating times, planning maintenance, liaising with maintenance facilities, and ensuring compliance with airworthiness requirements.
Main Responsibilities
1. Carry out daily activities of the Part M/Part CAMO Department and ad-hoc projects.
2. Maintain aircraft records and monitor operating times.
3. Forecast and plan maintenance activities.
4. Coordinate with maintenance facilities and schedule maintenance events.
5. Update and prepare work packages in CAMP.
6. Verify and track modifications, ADs, and SBs.
7. Review incoming aircraft data and assist with ARC preparation.
8. Implement actions from airworthiness data reviews.
9. Perform other tasks as required by the CAMO.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in continuing airworthiness management.
* Recognised Part M/Part CAMO training.
* Experience with CAMP software.
* Knowledge of chapter 4 & 5 requirements per TC holder data.
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Experience with business jets is advantageous.
* Attention to detail and methodical approach.
* Self-motivated and team-oriented.
* Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
* Proficient in IT.
* Full clean driving license.
* Ability to obtain UK security clearance and residency.
* Willingness to work shift patterns.
