In the Assistant People Advisor role, you will:
1. Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on employee relations matters
2. Manage a caseload including absence, disciplinary and grievance cases
3. Support recruitment, onboarding and a positive candidate experience
4. Deliver accurate HR administration, including maintaining records and payroll support
5. Contribute to people projects such as wellbeing, EDI and organisational change
To be successful, you will need:
6. Experience in an HR or people-focused support role
7. Knowledge of employee relations processes
8. Strong organisation and attention to detail
9. Confident communication and relationship-building skills
10. CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) desirable
