Morgan Hunt are working with a consultancy based in Glasgow to recruit a Structural Revit Technician to join their team. You will be supporting the delivery of projects across sectors including commercial, residential, infrastructure, energy, and industrial developments. You will play a key role in producing coordinated 3D structural models and detailed drawings, helping to deliver efficient, buildable, and technically robust design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and coordinate detailed 3D structural models using Revit in line with project BIM standards Produce high-quality 2D drawings, including general arrangements, sections, and detailed construction information Work closely with structural engineers to translate design intent into accurate and buildable models and drawings Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, architectural, MEP) to ensure clash-free and integrated designs Participate in model reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings Maintain BIM data, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with standards such as ISO 19650 Assist in developing and improving BIM standards, templates, and workflows within the team Manage drawing registers, revisions, and documentation in accordance with project requirements Requirements: HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline Proven experience using Revit in a structural or multidisciplinary consultancy environment Experience with AutoCAD or similar structural modelling tools Knowledge of Navisworks or similar clash detection software Strong understanding of structural systems and construction methods (steel, concrete, timber) Familiarity with BIM processes and coordinated design delivery High level of accuracy and attention to detail Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage workload and meet project deadlines What they offer: Competitive Salary (30k-40k) and benefits package Hybrid working arrangement Support through career progression and development Exposure to a range of sectors and projects Please get in touch for further information.
