We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to support our New Product Development department. The ideal candidate will have experience within project management and product development, with a keen interest in the beauty industry. You’ll play a key role in supporting the NPD Executive, managing multiple projects, and ensuring all administrative aspects of product development run smoothly.
Key Duties:
* Provide administrative support to the NPD team in developing new and innovative products
* Assist in managing the critical path and project timelines
* Maintain and manage the new line form, ensuring all information is accurately submitted
* Coordinate samples—recording, tracking, and dispatching them in a timely manner
* Conduct competitor and trend analysis, presenting insights to the Head of NPD during weekly meetings
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
* Monitor product orders and proactively communicate any issues to the wider team
Key Requirements:
* A passion for the beauty industry
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, driven, and motivated approach
* Strong MS Office skills
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Degree in a relevant field, preferably in cosmetics or a related discipline.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience
