Flourish is supporting a rapidly expanding global player in the fuel and fleet solutions industry, and they’re looking for ambitious Sales Growth Consultants to join their growing Hartlepool team. What You’ll Be Doing
* Speak with potential customers every day via inbound and outbound calls.
* Ask smart, considered questions to understand business challenges.
* Match customers to solutions that genuinely help them.
* Close new deals and work towards achievable monthly targets.
* Maintain accurate internal records to manage your pipeline effectively.
* Build long‑lasting relationships from the first conversation onwards.
* Receive continuous coaching designed to help you become confident, capable, and commercially sharp.
