Club Manager – Snap Fitness
Location: Southampton (Woolston)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (Depending on experience) + performance-based bonus

The Role
You will be responsible for driving the overall performance of the club, with a strong focus on sales, standards, and retention.
This is a hands-on role — leading from the front, setting the tone, and holding the team accountable.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive membership sales, revenue, and retention
* Take full ownership of club performance and targets
* Maintain exceptional standards across the gym floor and facilities
* Lead, develop, and manage the team to high performance
* Deliver a standout member experience
* Execute local marketing and outreach activity
* Build relationships within the local community
* Monitor KPIs and take action to improve performance
