As a supply Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils in ways that suit your strengths-whether that's:
* Supporting the whole class alongside the teacher
* Leading small group sessions to boost core skills like reading
* Providing 1:1 support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Every day is different, and your adaptability will help you thrive in diverse school environments.
? What We're Looking ForWe welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds. You'll need:
* At least 20 days' experience working with primary-aged children in the last 2 years (e.g. in schools, youth groups, sports coaching)
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
* Ideally, a relevant qualification-but this isn't essential.
* A good understanding of the English National Curriculum
