Job Overview

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM STAFF CURRENTLY EMPLOYED BY ANEURIN BEVAN UNIVERSITY HEALTH BOARD

Liaise with Directorate Managers (DMs) and Assistant Directorate Managers (ADMs) to agree validation priorities and timescales
Track Cancer patients through their pathway and produce the appropriate report information.
Liaise continuously with the relevant Tumour Site MDT Coordinator in the management of patient pathways
Validate cancer waiting lists to ensure accuracy and help progress patients through their pathways
Communicate with key personnel including clinical, managerial, scheduling, booking and information
Run standard periodic reports to help quality assure validation processes and escalate patients to partner services
Assist with collection of Clinic Outcome data in relation to accuracy, validity and completeness of key data for the provision of Cancer Access Waiting Times.

Main duties of the job

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
