What You’ll Do
* Advise employers on complex employment law issues and manage a varied caseload.
* Lead on Employment Tribunal matters and day‑to‑day advisory work.
* Support and mentor junior team members through effective delegation.
* Build strong client relationships and contribute to training and business development initiatives.
* Collaborate with colleagues nationally to share knowledge and best practices.
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years’ post‑qualification experience in employment law.
* Strong advisory and litigation skills with excellent drafting ability.
* Proven experience mentoring juniors and managing caseloads independently.
* A commercial, client‑focused approach and excellent communication skills.
