Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working in partnership with a leading manufacturing organisation, who are seeking to employ a Customer Service Administrator to cover a period of maternity leave for 12 months. Immediate start available.
Location: Runcorn (WA7)
Hours: 37.5 Hours PW

Key Responsibilities
1. Raise quotations, orders and pro-forma’s and process them through Nav.
2. Assist with any queries that arise and liaise with the appropriate people who can resolve the queries.
3. Assist in covering reception and dealing with visitors.
4. Prepare for and attend daily and weekly update meetings.
5. Raise invoices and credit notes.
6. Maintain good customer relations.
7. Assist the department with some cover of switchboard calls on occasion.
Person Specification:
8. Must have proven experience working within Customer Services & Administration
9. Previous experience working within manufacturing – desirable
10. Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
11. Excellent IT, numeracy and organisational skills are required.
12. Good telephone manner.
13. Good attention to detail.
14. Self-motivated.
15. Ability to be flexible, adaptable and ‘think on your feet’ in a busy, regularly changing environment.
16. A working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
