Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support to employees in the London office, responding to support requests efficiently.
2. Supervise support activities and ensure smooth technology operations.
3. Drive local initiatives in collaboration with internal and external parties, balancing project tasks with technical responsibilities.
4. Represent the team in projects with EMEA colleagues.
5. Maintain technology equipment standards, manage technical debt, and serve as the initial escalation point for local business technology issues.
6. Assist in quality assurance reviews of service partners.
7. Build and nurture relationships with client technology teams, local business, and leadership.
8. Communicate technology concepts clearly to individuals of all technical abilities.
9. Schedule and complete regular operational checks, identify trends in support requests, and collaborate on improving services and response times.
10. Support office re-fits, upgrades, and enhancements.
11. Report to the TechOps Manager for London and collaborate with other Agile technology teams across countries, including EMEA headquarters.
12. Work closely with local business functions to align technology plans with business objectives.
