Job Description Supervising daily operations of the Manufacturing department. Ensuring safety standards and procedures are adhered to. Implementing efficient processes and standards. Training, guiding and mentoring team members. Managing resources effectively to meet production targets. Collaborating with other departments to align objectives and strategies. Reporting on performance and progress. A successful Shift Manager should have: Experience of 5s Lean Preferably from a FMCG background Extensive knowledge of industrial/manufacturing processes and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. An ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly. Promotes company values in every aspect of work. Strong staff engagement Audit awareness with BRC or within food manufacturing.
