Your New Role
As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of a new-build emergency services unit in Northampton. You’ll be responsible for managing the project from inception topletion, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is a site-based role (5 days per week) with occasional visits to the Nottinghamshire office. Key responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing all site operations and subcontractor management
2. Driving health & safetypliance and quality standards
3. Managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships
4. Coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring project milestones are met
What You’ll Need to Succeed
5. Proven experience managing new-build projects, ideally within public sector, education or healthcare environments
6. CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification
7. Strong leadership andmunication skills
8. Ability to manageplex stakeholder relationships
9. Police vetting clearance (required for site access)
10. Enhanced DBS
11. Live within an hour of Northampton or able tomute
