This is a commercially focused role supporting live residential development schemes from appraisal through to sale. You will partner directly with Development, Construction and Sales teams across a portfolio of c.15 projects - owning forecasts, tracking spend and supporting board level decisions where costs move beyond approved limits.
What you will be doing:
* Budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
* Cashflow tracking at scheme level
* Partnering with PMs Surveyors and Sales teams
* Supporting appraisal models and board papers
You will need:
* ACA or ACCA finalist or qualified
* Confidence working with non finance stakeholders
* Property or construction exposure helpful not essential
