This geo:environmental consultancy based near Derby, with over 30 years of experience in the industry, is seeking a driven graduate to join their team. Whether you studied geology, earth sciences, geoscience or geotechnical engineering, this is an excellent opportunity to enter the ground investigation industry and apply your educational knowledge.
Responsibilities
* The Graduate Geotechnical Engineer will primarily work on site on a variety of residential and commercial ground investigation projects.
* Carrying out Phase 1 Desktop Studies, Phase 2 site investigations, borehole logging, groundwater and gas monitoring, writing technical reports.
* Soil and rock sampling as part of project delivery.

Qualifications
* Degree in geology, geoscience, environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering (or similar).
* Clean and valid UK Driving licence.
* Live near Derby.
* Full right to work in the UK.
* Desire to work in a hands-on, demanding role.
