About the Role
We are looking for a Shop Manager to lead our team in the Kimberley shop. You will work in a creative environment, working with donated goods to maximise sales and net contribution.
You will make a real difference to young people in England by helping to raise vital funds needed to support our frontline work. You need to be driven, focused on making money, and have good communication skills both inside and outside the shop, reaching out to the local community to help build support for the shop.
As a Shop Manager, you will manage a team of diverse volunteers and a paid Assistant Manager. You should have great people skills and be confident working with people from different backgrounds, creating a welcoming and positive environment for staff, volunteers, and supporters.
