Senior Recruitment Business Partner for Ringway & Eurovia | Omni RMS
Ringway Infrastructure Services is seeking a Supervisor to join out Bracknell team and oversee highway maintenance activities as part of our Highways Term Maintenance Contract.
This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, supporting our local authority clients, and maintaining over 50,000 km of the UK’s highways network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise operatives performing routine highway maintenance works.
* Manage the Winter Gritting Service.
* Order materials and plant for scheduled works.
* Participate in the out-of-hours call-out supervision rota.
* Collaborate with other supervisors to deliver a range of highway services.
* Undertake both day and night work as required to meet operational needs.
About You:
We’re looking for a motivated individual with:
* A valid driving license (essential).
* Experience working on local authority highway contracts (preferred but not essential).
* Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage teams and resources effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering high-quality services.
