About the Role
We’re recruiting a Graduate Behaviour Mentor to work with pupils who need help staying focused, confident and engaged. You’ll be part of a pastoral team that champions calm communication and simple, steady routines.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Supporting pupils during lessons, breaks and key transition times
2. Using positive behaviour strategies to guide pupils back on track
3. Working alongside teachers to spot triggers and reduce barriers
4. Encouraging pupils to build confidence and resilience
What We’re Looking For
5. A degree in any subject, with strong people skills
6. Confidence working with teenagers
7. A calm, patient manner
8. Someone motivated to support behaviour, wellbeing and engagement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
