Commercial Account Manager
Field-based covering: SL, UK, TW, SW, KT, GU, SM, CR, RH postcodes

We are recruiting an experienced professional with a strong background in Commercial Account Management to develop relationships with Contractors and our Key Specialist Merchant customers.

So, what’s the mission?
Demonstrating your commercial drive and passion, you will have full responsibility for your sales and profitability budget. You will have ownership of implementing your own business plan whilst working with colleagues to identify new business opportunities.

You will manage Contractors and attend regular business reviews throughout your region in line with our ‘Creating Better Spaces’ mantra. Your experience and commitment to project tracking and conversion skills will stand you in great stead too. We’re ready for you to challenge our expectations, showcase your entrepreneurial skills and really create a space for yourself in a hugely successful and supportive team.

What are the mission-critical skills?

1. It is essential that you have Sales and or Account Management experience in the construction industry, selling products to main contractors, sub-contractors, and key specialist merchants
2. You have a successful track record, including major project and account management
3. You can demonstrate your ability to develop long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues
4. You have proven project-tracking and conversion skills
5. You are self-motivated, dynamic, and driven
6. Confident in working independently with the skills to work under your own initiative
7. Presentable, credible, and reliable
8. Being field-based, you will need a full UK driving licence and be able to commute within the patch as detailed
