The Role
This is not a typical call-centre role.
Were looking for a proactive and organised individual to take ownership of customer enquiries, manage orders and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Youll be a key part of a small, friendly team speaking directly with customers, coordinating with suppliers, and making sure issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
What Youll Be Doing
* Managing customer enquiries via phone and email from start to resolution
* Processing and coordinating customer orders accurately
* Liaising with suppliers to track orders and resolve issues
* Handling returns, delivery queries and occasional escalations
* Working closely with colleagues to solve problems quickly
* Supporting day-to-day operations across the business
