Job Duties:
* Assist classroom teachers in delivering educational content
* Support individual and small groups of students in their learning activities
* Help create and implement educational strategies to engage students
* Provide feedback to students and teachers on progress and areas for improvement
* Assist with classroom management and student supervision
Required Qualifications:
* A degree in Education or related field
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Education:
Degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of educational principles and practices
* Ability to engage and motivate students
* Excellent organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
Work in a school environment, full-time hours, temporary position
