We'd like you to join us as an Administrator at our service Blackburn Road in Lancashire.

Blackburn Road offers both long and short-term care in addition to respite breaks for adults with diagnosed mental health conditions. The house is purposefully small to offer a calm, tranquil and homely setting for residents, allowing them to focus on what's important to them.

What you'll be working:

* Part Time
* 20 hours per week
* Mon - Fri between the hours 9 am- 5 pm
* £26,456.05 (FTE) Per annum (Pro rata) Based on full-time 37.5 hours

What you'll be doing:

* Coordinate and carry out the office administrative functions in a professional and confidential manner
* Be familiar with, and assist in managing the electronic client files
* Assist in managing outgoing and incoming post
* Provide backup and support the general office requirements, including data entry, photocopying, scanning and printing documents as needed
* Assist with the secure destruction of documents in line with our archiving policy, both paper and electronic
* Create copies of the client files, sometimes under a Court Order instruction
* Be responsible for ensuring that office supplies are kept fully stocked
* Other duties as required or assigned

What you'll have:

* Previous experience in an administrative role

* Strong organisational, time management and planning skills

* Ability to prioritize a busy workload

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on your own initiative

* Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office

* Ability to work well in a team.

* Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
