What you’ll do on a typical day:
Plan and manage the annual H&S training programme across both sites
* Deliver and coordinate SSOW, MHE, refresher and induction training, ensuring full sign‑off
* Track training compliance, certifications and expiry dates, keeping records audit‑ready
* Partner with managers to identify training needs and close skills or compliance gaps
* Use training as a proactive tool to strengthen safety culture and reduce risk
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Experience delivering or coordinating training in a manufacturing, logistics or warehousing environment
* Strong knowledge of SSOW, inductions and MHE training requirements
* Confident, credible communication style with the ability to influence on the shop floor
* Flexibility to work across two sites, with strong IT skills (Excel, training systems, MS Teams)
