The Paul Fosh Group is looking to recruit a dynamic and strategic Group Head of Marketing to lead our marketing and sales efforts and drive business growth.

Founded in 2001, Paul Fosh Auctions is Wales leading and largest property auctioneer with a reputation for offering exceptional service. Over the years, Paul Fosh Auctions has tried to be at the forefront of innovation and creativity within the property industry.
Paul Fosh Lettings was founded with one goal in mind: to provide first-class service to landlords and contract holders. Paul Fosh Lettings have expert knowledge of the lettings market and offer properties and services throughout Wales. Paul Fosh Lettings work hand in hand with Paul Fosh Auctions and Sourcing to provide customers with a seamless one-stop-shop.
YourBid, is an additional auction business which will run alongside Paul Fosh Auctions, providing sellers and buyers with a conditional auction service. YourBid is being launched in Spring 2025.

The Role
The Group Head of Marketing will be a senior leadership role within the Paul Fosh Group, responsible for developing and executing a marketing and sales strategy that aligns with business objectives across Paul Fosh Auctions, Paul Fosh Lettings and YourBid. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership and hands on execution. Working across departments, the Group Head of Marketing will work collaboratively with other members of the Senior Management Team to maximise revenue, enhance brand awareness and increase the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to drive business growth across auctions and lettings.
* Create marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events and social media), ensuring alignment to the values of the company.
* Set clear objectives and KPI’s for members of the marketing team to ensure and manage the success of the department.
* Identify new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with colleagues in Senior Management on business strategies to ensure marketing and sales efforts align with company objectives.
* Increase brand awareness and attract new clients through a range of campaigns, events and promotional activities.
* Analyse data to report on marketing and sales performance.
* Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
* Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and best practice to ensure our strategy and action plans remain innovative and effective.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Group Head of Marketing with a passion for growing the business. The successful candidate must be capable of working under the Group MD and alongside the other Heads of Departments to create and implement a marketing strategy for growth. This will include overseeing and managing a number of Marketing Execs under your charge. Marketing methods are constantly evolving, and the successful candidate must enjoy being creative and daring enough to try out new ideas and strategies.
Key skills and Experience
* Proven experience in a senior marketing and sales leadership role.
* Experience of successfully developing and executing marketing and sales strategies that drive business growth.
* Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, social media and content marketing.
* In-depth knowledge of sales funnel management and CRM systems, with a focus on lead generation, conversion and customer retention.
* Experience of leading and managing teams, performance management, coaching and development.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Creative approaches to marketing and sales campaigns.
