Description
The Conveyancing Assistant will be:
* Supporting fee-earners in residential sales & purchases
* Preparing documentation and ensuring file accuracy
* Managing timelines, client communication, and follow-ups
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
* Using case-management systems for data entry and file updates
* Monitoring progress and escalating issues promptly
* Assisting with compliance requirements and file audits
* Contributing to process improvements and team meetings
Profile
The Conveyancing Assistant should be:
* A candidate with at least 6 months' experience in conveyancing support
* Familiar with residential conveyancing processes and terminology
* Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Confident using case-management software and KPI trackers
* An effective communicator, both written and verbal
* Eager to learn and progress towards fee-earner roles
Job Offer
* Salary: £25,000-£28,000
