Own and run our client's digital demand engine end-to-end, generating higher-quality leads with predictability, clear attribution and continuous performance improvement.

Our client helps brands, agencies, retailers and venue partners deliver high-impact, real-world activity in high footfall environments. They unlock and manage the practical realities that make activity work on the ground: access, permissions, compliance, operational coordination and delivery control. That means campaigns launch on time, run safely and can be repeated at pace, with proper proof of what worked. They have deep venue and operational expertise built over decades, plus a broad portfolio of formats across retail, sampling and brand experience. They win because we combine real-world access with disciplined delivery and evidence-led credibility. Right now, they are in a growth phase and investing heavily in digital transformation to scale demand generation, proof and pipeline.

Description

This role is accountable for outcomes, not activity. You will be expected to improve:

Lead quality (right ICPs, right intent, fewer dead-end enquiries)
Predictability (repeatable acquisition journeys, consistent flow)
Conversion performance (landing pages, forms, funnel steps, handover)
Attribution and learning (what to scale, refine, stop, proven with data)
Reputation and visibility (showing up consistently as a trusted partner, not just a supplier)

What you will own

1) Demand engine ownership (build, run, optimise)

Build and run multi-touch acquisition journeys across priority audiences and formats.
Own search and paid performance, including experimentation, pacing and optimisation.
Ensure every journey is measurable end-to-end and feeds learning back into the system.2) Channel performance and optimisation

Search and paid: Google Ads (core), LinkedIn (targeted), paid social where relevant.
SEO: keyword and intent coverage, technical and on-page basics, content optimisation, authority signals.
CRO: landing page structure, messaging tests, form optimisation, conversion tracking and improvement.
Retargeting: practical, controlled use to support conversion.
AI search optimisation: included as a growing priority, integrated into search and content strategy.3) Measurement and commercial rhythm

Set up and maintain reporting that allows Marketing and Sales to agree what is working.
Use HubSpot to track the journey from enquiry to follow-up to outcome.
Support lead scoring and a structured handover and feedback loop, so we improve quality over time.4) Portfolio view and joined-up targeting

Build ICP understanding and targeting that reflects our different buying contexts (brand, agency, venue, retailer).
Help create a portfolio view that supports cross-sell and up-sell, with coherent journeys and touchpoints.

Profile

What we are looking for

Must-haves

Proven B2B demand generation experience with measurable outcomes.
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, including reporting and campaign tracking.
Strong performance marketing capability across Google Ads and SEO (essential).
Confidence with conversion optimisation and landing page performance.
Ability to run an end-to-end system: targeting, journeys, budgets, testing, reporting and optimisation.
Commercial judgement: prioritises what drives pipeline quality and conversion.
Self-sufficient, proactive operator with a continuous improvement mindset.Nice-to-haves

Experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment (services, B2B, agencies, marketplaces, logistics, events, property or similar).
Experience building or improving lead scoring and Sales handover processes.
Familiarity with AI search concepts and how search behaviour is shifting.
Comfort using Power BI dashboards (even if you are not building them from scratch).Job Offer

Salary up to £50,000 per annum.
10% bonus structure to be implemented upon completion of set-up of the demand-gen engine and analysis/reporting (estimated summer this year).
Permanent position based in Glasgow.
