Base pay range
We are seeking freelance Domestic Energy Assessors across the UK who are qualified to produce Energy Performance Certificates and are interested in additional ad hoc work.

What You’ll Need
* Excellent communication skills
* Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
* Fluency in English, both verbal and written
* A recent (within 3 years) DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate
* Valid Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
* A valid Assessor ID
