Performance Objectives Perform reactive maintenance to minimise production downtime. Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on machinery and equipment (mechanical and electrical, if competent). Maintain site utilities, buildings, and support services in line with legal and safety standards. Support machine uptime by addressing faults, performing repairs, and completing maintenance tasks. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing engineering solutions. Support the installation of new equipment, as required. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and minimise disruption. Ensure all work meets Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Hygiene standards.What We're Looking For: Strong knowledge of health & safety and food safety regulations.
