Description
* Support the finance team with transactional tasks and reporting.
* Handle sales invoices, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and account management.
* Assist in preparing monthly journals and reconciling client accounts.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including collections.
* Work with internal teams to resolve customer queries and verify account accuracy.
* Maintain asset registers and perform FX revaluations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Relevant experience in a transactional finance role.
* Experience with cloud-based financial systems such as Xero and QuickBooks.
* Knowledge of accounting processes, including handling multi-currency transactions.
* Attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
* Flexible, with the ability to prioritize tasks and develop professionally.
* Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
Desirable:
* AAT Level 3 qualification.
* Experience in high-volume, high-growth environments.
