What's the role?
Are you ready to take the lead in managing high-volume, single-site contracts within a dynamic and fast-growing business? Were looking for a proactive and commercially minded Contracts Manager to join our team in Glasgow. Initially focused on the large power metering sector, this role offers the opportunity to expand into other areas of the business as we continue to grow.
In this pivotal role, youll be responsible for driving improvements in contract retention, upselling additional services at renewal stages, and ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations. Youll play a key part in shaping customer relationships and supporting the long-term success of our contracts portfolio.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Glasgow Office (48 St. Vincent Street, G2 5TS), working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Please note: interviews will be held in person at this location.
Key responsibilities:
Contacting customers at contract renewal stage and issuing contract renewals
Upselling of new services at contract renewal stage
Placing customers to default renewal rates if no renewal documentation is returned
Ensuring contract compliance and monitoring exceptions
Where de-appointed during contract term contacting customer to be re-appointed
Triggering contract termination charges as appropriate
Dealing with customer contract queries
Dealing with debt escalations
