Overview
This role is based in our Widnes Head Office. You will be the key link between our customers and our field-based operations team, assisting Contract Managers with proactively managing customer contracts and scheduling work in our system (SimPro).
Responsibilities
* Handle customer contact, including enquiries, complaints, and quotes.
* Keep customers and field engineers updated on schedule changes.
* Act as the liaison between clients and the field-based operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
What We're Looking For / Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
* Experience working with field-based teams is advantageous.
* Experience with purchase orders, job sheets, reporting, and quotations is desirable.

* Fixed-term maternity leave cover, full-time role (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
