We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) or RNLD for the Area Manager position based in Plymouth. Responsibilities Overview
* Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications
* Qualified Social Worker or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) or RNLD with relevant registration.
* Proven leadership experience within healthcare or social services.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to develop effective care plans.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
* Compassionate approach with a commitment to client well‑being.
* Experience working with individuals transitioning from child to adult services is preferred.
* Hold a Full UK Drivers Licence
