Job Type: Full time

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 Basic (dependent on experience), c£70,000 OTE

The Company is a technology consultancy focused on delivering IT services and solutions. The Client Success Team ensures the overall success of client relationships by understanding IT requirements and delivering high-quality service.


Responsibilities

* Managing a portfolio of clients and strengthening stakeholder relationships
* Overseeing and delivering on IT projects and partnering with clients to understand new IT requirements
* Providing regular reporting through service reviews to ensure clients meet their needs
* Conducting face-to-face reviews (quarterly, bi-annually or annually depending on client size)
* Keeping the CRM up to date with current/future projects and recording actions and outcomes
* Developing an understanding of Krome services to advise clients in a knowledgeable, consultative manner
* Working with Pre-Sales and Technical teams to organise meetings as required
* Mentoring and supporting more junior team members to ensure team success


Requirements

* A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role (Client Success, Account Management, Sales, Consulting, etc.)
* Previous experience within the IT industry is essential
* Collaborative, client-facing communication and excellent written/spoken English
* Customer-focused with willingness to take ownership and meet client needs
* Personable with strong teamwork and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
* Passionate about delivering a class-leading service and enhancing the client experience
* Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills; able to be flexible in an agile environment
* Ability to create comprehensive reports in a timely manner
* Solid experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams); MS Dynamics / CRM experience is highly beneficial
* Degree level education or equivalent professional experience
