1:1 SEN Behaviour Mentor – Immediate Start
We’re looking for a committed and compassionate individual to work 1:1 with a pupil who requires tailored behavioural and emotional support within a school setting. As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll have the opportunity to build trust, provide stability, and help the pupil develop the confidence and skills needed to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
You’ll work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to support pupils who may be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or challenging behaviours. Your role will involve building strong, trusting relationships with students, implementing behaviour strategies, and helping them to re-engage with their learning in a safe and supportive environment.
This is a unique chance to have a lasting positive impact on a young person’s life — progress you can see and be proud of.
What we’re looking for in the ideal candidate:
1. A calm, empathetic, and consistent approach to behaviour management

6. Willing to work 1:1 with a pupil with SEMH or behavioural needs
7. Able to follow school safeguarding, behaviour, and support policies
8. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
9. Right to work in the UK
Why Apply:
10. Competitive daily pay, paid weekly
11. Ongoing CPD and training opportunities through the agency
12. Dedicated consultant support to guide you through placements
13. Opportunity to trial school settings before committing to permanent roles
Apply now and take the first step towards changing a young person’s story. With your support, their classroom can become a space of safety, growth, and new beginnings.
