About the Role
As a Stocks & Broths Creator, you will independently lead projects that align with our business strategy and respond to customer briefs. Your expertise in culinary formulations and understanding of food processing will be crucial in delivering exceptional taste for meat-based soups, stocks, sauces, and gravies. You will leverage Kerry technology to provide unique solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize our strengths and enhance the Taste and Nutrition experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of the Stocks & Broths opportunity pipeline.
* Build strong customer relationships, delivering customer-centric solutions to drive business growth.
* Deliver innovation by understanding market trends, regulations, ingredients, and customer requirements.
* Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to develop collections.
* Conduct research and sensory testing to improve existing products and develop new ones.
* Utilize Kerry technologies to meet taste needs and expectations.
* Document experimental trials and outcomes to facilitate product transfer to manufacturing.
* Support manufacturing sites to optimize product production and processes.
* Partner with process engineers, flavor experts, application teams, and other specialists to achieve project goals.
* Manage and maintain category collections, including sourcing, stock maintenance, and communication with account managers.
* Mentor, train, and develop internal talent, aligning career goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
* Further education in culinary, food science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical product development role with a proven track record.
* Restaurant chef experience preferred but not essential.
* Effective communication skills for presenting technical work to stakeholders.
