My client is looking for a proactive and technically capable Network Engineer to join their world-class IT team. This role offers the chance to manage critical systems and be the go-to expert on core networking tools and protocols, including Cisco ISE, LAN/WAN, and ACI.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead as the primary ISE Administrator within the global network team
* Install, upgrade, and maintain data centre hardware, including switches, routers, and firewalls
* Monitor and troubleshoot a wide range of technologies: VPNs, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points, Application Centric Infrastructure, and more
* Support disaster recovery by developing and testing network failover plans
* Deliver exceptional technical and end-user support, responding to service tickets and calls efficiently
* Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including network diagrams and Best Practices
* Work closely with Tier 2/3 teams on escalations and drive service improvements across the board
* Help improve SLAs, response times, and first-contact resolution rates by building out effective processes and support structures
