This role supports our Modern Slavery contract. You will work shifts between 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday, including working one weekend every two weeks.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle a high volume of calls, emails, and live chats, providing outstanding service. You will collaborate with charities, third sector, and government entities to support service users in exploring options and accessing resources, making a meaningful difference.
