Role
Brentwood School is seeking to appoint Exam Invigilators to conduct examinations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ), awarding body and Brentwood School regulations and requirements. Our Exam Invigilators play a key role in upholding the integrity of the examination/assessment process. Hours are on an "as and when required" basis during each internal and public examination schedule. There is a minimum availability of four sessions per week during this period; one session is considered to be either a morning or an afternoon.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, and readily available during public and internal main examination periods, with effective communication and interpersonal skills. They should work well both independently and as part of a team, demonstrate confidence and a reassuring presence to candidates in examination rooms, and possess the ability to give instructions and manage situations involving diverse groups of people. Experience is not required, as full training will be provided.
