The role
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Food Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Crosby.
Shift patterns:
- Start times include 4AM, 7AM, 8:30AM, 11AM and 5PM. Shifts are up to 12 hours - factory is operating seven days a week.

Essential requirements for Food Production Operative :
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks, follow supervisor instructions respectfully, and work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed
Your role for Food Production Operative :
- Prepare and assemble food products on a fast-paced production line according to specifications.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the work area at all times.
- Monitor product quality and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently following training.
- Support the wider team in achieving daily production targets and deadlines.
