Role Overview:
As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant at Link Education Ltd, you will be instrumental in connecting schools with talented educators, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for students. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including handling short-term and long-term assignments as well as permanent placements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Drive new business opportunities through proactive sales, networking, and marketing strategies.
2. Candidate Management: Organise interviews and provide candidates with essential information throughout the recruitment process.
3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success.
4. Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, social media platforms, and other methods to find and attract suitable candidates.
5. Vacancy Advertising: Create and manage job advertisements to effectively attract qualified candidates.
Requirements:
6. Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 1 year in recruitment or a similar sales role. Transferable skills are highly valued.
7. Relationship Skills: Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
8. Mindset: Proactive, positive, and goal-oriented with a flexible and determined approach.
9. Passion for Recruitment: Enthusiasm for the recruitment process, combined with strong business development skills and ambition.
